What started out as a small production house at a shop house in Taman Melawati in 2003, Manggis Group has now grown exponentially. It began humbly and unassumingly as a wedding cinematography that saw a two-person partner pioneering the production of a niche artistic and creative videos for weddings and family-oriented events.
That production house has grown by leaps and bounds, still holding on its forte focusing on video productions and cinematography, but it is now on a larger scale and spectrum. Over the years and until recently, Manggis Group has diversified into a multi-platform media production powerhouse, producing various ranges and genres of online contents and videos for broadcasters and corporations.
It now offers an expansive digital solutions to its growing clienteles which require broader perspectives and niches with regards to concept creation to beyond video productions.
It now boasts a creative multi-platform media solution company in Celebratetv, a food and travel channel as in Destinasi TV and equipment rental/expertise for production in Mexx Production. As part of its business diversification initiatives, Manggis Group now runs self-catering accommodations – a chain of villas called Manis Manggis in the beautiful isle of Bali, Indonesia. It also runs an art gallery, A.P Art Gallery that organizes a series of thematic exhibitions, workshops and talks for public and discerning clients.
